I am the owner of a computer consulting business , Steigeisen Inc, in the Buffalo, NY area.  We serve the needs of small, mid and large sized business.  We do a lot of outsourcing for companies that can not afford a full time tech, as well as project work for larger companies that need specific help finishing short term projects.  I am starting a blog that will discuss technical issues in a way that the average user can understand and then utilize.  I will post tips and tricks that will broaden the knowledge base and hopefully make users more comfortable with their machines and software.  If people can learn a little at a time, things that are useful in their everyday work or home life – that translates into better efficiency, productivity and of course time savings.
