Emotional Intelligence

I went to some short lectures today at the University of Buffalo Means Business event at the Adams Mark Hotel.  One of the talks was on Emotional Intellegence.  I thought that it was facinating and a whole other side to intelligence that I hadn’t really though deeply about.  It is not measured by your IQ and the tests can be rather difficult as people aren’t always honest about their answers, but the ideas are very revealing.  Go to this website for the definitions and some quizes.  Very cool stuff!  http://www.haygroup.com/tl/EI/Default.aspx
